RM6413 Digital and IT Professional Services will replace RM6249 Digital and IT Professional Services. It will give defence and security customers a compliant and cost effective way to access digital, IT and cyber capability and expertise.

Supplier engagement

We held the first rounds of supplier engagement sessions in March and May 2026. 

The Ministry of Defence and GCA ran pre market engagement for RM6413 Digital and IT Professional Services (DIPS) 2 framework on Thursday 7 May. These sessions included details about what RM6413 DIPS 2 covers and how small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) can take part.

On 29 June 2026, the Ministry of Defence and GCA will lead the next pre market engagement for the RM6413 DIPS 2 framework. Register to join the session on 29 June 2026.
